At Big Lou’s we are making marinades, rubs, salts and sauces that will be great accompaniments to the meats and poultry we are showcasing. Some of the Pantry items may be seasonal or not available at all times but feel free to call ahead and see what we have available and if your favourite isn’t in the pantry we can make it for you to pick up with 48 hours notice.
